Higher Secondary Education, A-levels.
PEISG is proud to offer the A-level curriculum affiliated with the University of Cambridge international examinations (CIE, UK) to our Class 11 and 12 students. A-level ("Advanced level") is an internationally recognised curriculum which prepare students for the rigours of university academics. Many universities accept A-level courses in lieu of some of their first-year courses. For example, a student with an A-level certificate in mathematics may not be required to take the first and/or second terms of calculus at the university.
From the academic year 2009-10, PEISG has introduced the following new subjects in Cambridge A levels. The students are required to take a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 subjects in total.
Only one subject may be taken from each Subject group.
